Issue with Crucible Forges and Enemy Spawns

Currently as I am clearing the Twilight Strand there is a enemy located within the area of the forge, not allowing me to deal damage to it, however I can still hover over the enemy and see its HP.

I will add that after completing the forge event there is no change, and the enemy has not moved and still cannot be damaged.
