Frostblink always minimum distance on controller (PC)

Tested on PC w/ controller:

Flame Dash distance is based on how far the movement stick is tilted, and has an alternate behavior that makes it always cast at max distance.

Frost Blink always casts at minimum distance and has no alternative behavior. Even around enemies it appears to always cast at minimum distance.

Came here looking for this bug. I have the same experience - it makes lab enchants for frostblink rather worthless on controller.
