Two Suggestions to Fix the Awkwardness of the Purchased Gems Tab

Hey GGG!

There are two things that drive me nuts about the Gems Tab that I bought from the store.

1) The description or gem-info pop-up that shows up when a user highlights a gem is displayed over other important info, such as where the user's cursor is. This happens in many places in the game but is especially annoying/awkward in the purchased Gems tab. While scrolling through the tab, many different gems have their overlay get in the way of the user's cursor making it almost impossible to see where the user is currently highlighting. This makes scrolling through gems VERY annoying.

2) It'd be nice to be able to scroll in empty lots. This one isn't a "make or break" suggestion. It'd just be nice to be able to highlight nothing sometimes while the user thinks or looks at their gear (or whatever) while pondering. The reason this would be useful would be because it's not convenient for the user to snap back to an empty spot in their inventory to get the same result as the right-analog shortcut doesn't apply to this screen (it has a different function in the skills tab).
