PoE causing computer randomly fully restart. Tried everything.

I came back for Sanctum league, and have been experiencing and issue where my entire computer will randomly restart while playing Path. Path is the ONLY game/application that causes this issue. It can happen once every few days, or multiple times of day. It does not seem to be location or skill based.
Things i have done: -Swapped PSU plug between wall sockets, and power strip. -Replaced stock CPU fan for a noctua brick. -Spent $200 to replace my PSU -Reseated memory sticks -Updated/downgraded every possible driver i can think of -Reinstalled path and steam several times each. Temps are great. Running 65-70c at the hottest. I have used several benchmark/stress test programs. Nothing else has triggered this issue. There are no critical errors being created by windows aside from the basic "Your computer lost power" My setup: CPU: i7-8700 GPU: RTX 3070Ti PSU: Corsair RMX series 1000 watt 80+ Gold rated (Brand new. Two days old.) Ram: Ripjaw 16gig I am completely at a loss on what could be causing this. i have spent close to $300 now trying to fix this issue for this one single game. PSU is going bad. Replace whole PC (you can keep using that GPU!)

As i said in my original post, i have completely replaced the PSU. The new PSU is three days old. The chances of replacing a PSU and having it faulty in the same manner as to cause the same result is EXTREMELY unlikely.

If not PSU, it's your GPU. I've had the same shit. First time it was GPU, just a few weeks ago it was PSU.

Was there any solution to that issue?
I have the same problem, Path of Exile 1 and 2 are both causing power shutdowns and automatic restarts. Since it cannot be hardware related, because if it was, the PSU would shut down entirely in order to protects the components and wouldnt be able to restart due to no power, im curious of whats wrong in the Path of Exile programs code. Im running i5 13600k, asrock z790 pg lighting, uefi is up2date, inno3d rtx 3080T, be quiet pure power 850watt platinum, win10. Ive not experienced the issue for the complete time ever since i bought the system, its just PoE1/2 causing my system to malfunction. |
