Need help with Tornado Shot Build

I'm following a build of Tornado Shot from Poe Ninja, but I'm having some problems.

First is that I'm not able to use all my buffs at the same time, second I'm having problems with my mana to keep releasing skills.

And the worst problem, I think, is that I'm dying a lot and I'm not reaching the same percentage of resistances as in the original build.

What could I be doing wrong? Any tips to improve this?

I've lost count of how many build attempts I've made, I just really want to have fun farming currency without dying and doing great damage.
