Console Gameplay Discussion - Help - Custom Filters don't work - Forum

Hi all,

I tried support, and they can't help, suggested i reach out here.

I'm on Xbox and some in my guild have made custom loot filters. I tried copying/following them on this website, and the filters load into the game, but when I select them, they don't work and it just shows EVERYTING drop in the map. I deleted the filters, and then used Neversink, linking my xbox/poe account, and it did the same thing. then i tried making my own custom filter in neversink, again, did the same thing. Lastly, i revoked permission for neversink on POE.com, then went to neversink, reconnected, and tried again, still fail. my friends in party were all able to get it to work no problem. Any ideas on how to fix this?

When you're copying over the filter there is a option to set the filter to PC, Xbox, or PS. By default it is PC and if not changed, what you explained showing all items will occur. Hope this help
