[XBOX] Trade direct message - Account unable to this feature

Hello!
I receive an error message after trying to direct message on the trade panel. "Account unable to this feature" My account is correctly logged in the xbox and in the site (can see my character portraid correctly). Also, there is no verification thing that would prevent me from direct messaging. Can someone help me? Last bumped on Feb 2, 2023, 7:48:28 PM

Hi.
Can you make sure that you xbox profile has all the relevent restrictions removed? Do you experience this problem only with 1 account or you cannot send messages to anyone? |

I can send messages normally ingame. I don't know what you mean by relevant restriction removed. Can you please tell which restrictions? Thanks! |

"On you xbox navigate to settings-account-privacy and online settings-xbox privacy-communication and multiplayer. Here you can find all the relevant message settings. " Then it seems like that the account you tried to contact has restrictions that do not allow them to receive messages. |

It worked today, like 2h ago. Idk why. Was just playing and tried again. It worked and I changed nothing. Well, thanks for the help anyways. |
