Controller Support/Console Can't Pick Up Some Items When Loot Piles are Really Big

This picture here is an example of loot dropped by the final boss in Almec's Sanctum.

Players with controllers can't pick up the items at the top or bottom of the "list" of items. In this picture, I can't pick up the Lost Abode Ancient City Map. On Mouse and Keyboard, I would click on the item before moving my character, and my character would walk to the item on the ground. With a controller, the character doesn't move when clicking an item. The desired item needs to be within the radius of what flicking the right analog stick can reach. By the time I move closer enough to the map that I can highlight it with the right analog stick, I'm too far away from the item to pick it up.
