Hey guys, vortex & cold snap occultist build is here. I got a relic with 19% to Cold Damage over Time Multiplier mod and decided to use in a build.
Vortex is a cold spell that deals damage in an area around the character and leaves a ground effect that chills and deals heavy cold damage over time. Build Cost - Medium Budget: 20-50 div Life Auras: You need to get a jewel with "#% increased Reservation Efficiency of Skills" mod and "20% increased Life Reservation Efficiency of Skills" mastery point to open all auras on prism guardian. Leveling: Leveling gems and trees are in the video. What map mods to avoid?
