Hello. I can't enter under my login via PC. Im getting message, “Your connection is restricted. Please contact support.”
I contacted with support a few days ago, and I received an answer asking if I use VNP and what would I try to reboot my router. To which I replied that I don't use VPN and that the router rebooted but it didn't help. It's been 3 days since then, I wrote again, but I haven't received a reply yet. I still can't log in under my login. This imposes a lot of restrictions in the game. It is not possible to play without trading and loot filters, as you need to log in to get them. Problem solved - I contacted my internet provider and they changed my ip or something from there and I was able to access.

For anyone with same problem, try to connect through another modem/phone or something else then your home internet. It'll work. You just have to change your IP after patch (I just saw that here and tried and it worked)
