why do you make the average plater suffer?

you act like all the players can play 24 hours a day. you balance the game on this premise. you balance the game around the streamers not the players. you should take a nice hard look at you vision... i for one am hating this game so much. i regret ever spending a penny under the fake guise of support. i have zero support when it comes to the game. why are mine and others issues never brought up? how ignorant is it to take disabled peoples money for support them ignore their feedback. i used to love poe. now its the abusive gf who beats you then calls the cops and has you arrested for complaining about it. must be nice for that one guy to get pms about problems. guess our support money doesnt qualify. support even posted in his thread that they would be getting special treatment over all the others who have spent money. isnt that wonderful.
