Any online game whose services are being hammered by a massive and sustained DDoS attack at launch is going to have a pretty awful launch. *shrug*

no blizzard launch has gone well since at least D3.
Was it really a DDOS attack or was it them being cheap on the servers once again? |

The game itself is shit. They did everything wrong pretty much.
Fix to shields - by making tanks OP as hell capable of dishing out as much DPS as the DPS characters and being basically immortal if your DPS suck. Fix to 2cp - by introducing a mode which is deathmatch but way more streamrolly. Fix to loot boxes - by introducing an extremely hard to level Battle Pass and locking heroes behind it (wtf).
