Raincaller life flask MTX not working with instant recovery mod

The new raincaller flask MTX from the kalandra mistery box doesn't work when you have the mod instant recovery (seething) on it, and its very sad considering like 99% of the people use life flasks with this mod on it. Would be very cool if the effect applied regardless of that mod.
