Copying an Item from PoB to Craft of Exile?

I am at work and I want to craft my item from pob, I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS to the game client |

I did not. Perhaps needs to be raised somewhere more specifically related to POB to get an answer. I would also like to know if there is an easy way to copy paste items from POB > POB.
