Why am I getting this warning after exchanging a couple of messages with someone? This has happened twice already, after talking in chat with only 5-10 messages at most. And it's a forced silence in every chat.. whisper, group, local..

In a game like this one, complicated and daunting to get into, how can I be shut up when trying to ask someone for information?
