how to raise spectre from beyond monsters, when they disappear instantly after kill?

They disappear after ~3 second so its tough but doable. Maybe previously it wasnt possible at all but I dont think so

You can try taking a desecrate gem and casting desecrate near where they died, you can also use corpse targeting if they leave a corpse, just some thoughts.
