Unplayable endgame

Hi everyone! New player here and just finished act 10. I thoroughly enjoyed the campaign so I dropped 60 bucks to support GGG. I was really stoked to start running maps and do some end game stuff to progress my character, however it seems like that won’t be doable. With the amount of effects on screen in the busier parts of most instances frame rate drops to nothing, or I get kicked from the game, or it freezes for 5 seconds and then I’m dead. Anyone else have big issues playing on a Xbox One X? Wondering if there is a workaround or if I just wasted 60 bucks.

I am not having trouble on my Xbox S. Seems to handle my skele-mages no issues.

Theres a setting called Bloom, that might help to lower it.

I had this happen on my PS4, but my PS5 handles it just fine. I assume the same is probably true of Xbox.

You are no longer running a current gen console. The workaround is to buy a current gen.

Sorry, sucks but that's reality. It's only going to get worse.

OP is using the X, the most powerful Xbox you can get. Nothing left to buy.

I'm running great on the S, the cheapest Xbox you can buy. The problem is likely elsewhere.

I think you’re confusing his Xbox one x with the xbox series x. He’s on old gen, similar performance issues as ps4.

ya PS5/Series X is now required to play end game. You can't even do a scarab or two and have altars going now on the older consoles. Or it's just 0-3 frames per second. PS4 is truly the trashiest console of all time.
