Need Help with TS Leaque Starter Tree

Hey, returning Player here. Was away like 2 Years. I like to make a TS Ranger build using Hrimsorrow Gloves Trying to scale Phys Damage and convert to Cold. Could not find actual Guide, so i plan on myself.

Can u check my Tree, maybe give Advice? Thanks in advance =)

Alone the tree does not mean much as we have no idea what auras, gear and skill gems you are running. Flesh out a Full POB and then I would ask for advice.

Tree looks pretty bad to me (sorry!)
- 5 points on Leech?
- Vaal Pact without overleech seems bad
- Inefficient pathing at the top of the tree
- Struggling to see where the crit is coming from on the build without seeing gear, but does not seem to be enough crit on tree
- No reservation wheel means you cannot fit in 2 x 50% auras
- Nowhere near enough spell suppression

I would honestly look up a few guides from last league and see what people did for a bit of inspiration. Be warned, this build, unless you can make silly amounts of currency early will be squishy and ZDPS. You will struggle to even push into higher yellow maps. Tornado shot really needs heavy investment to feel good

Hmm ok. Well i try to play SSF as long as possible than buy gear. Maybe i should play something else, Toxic Rain looks very viable and cheap. More guides too

Right now i have no exact clue what gear and auras i should run.
