New Mokou's Embrace + Hiltless Chieftain

So I'm looking into the new Uniques, mainly the following

Mokou's Embrace x2
Hiltless
Bronn's Lithe
Eye of Innocence

All of them combine with consecrated path and the Chieftain sounds like fun. However, I'm partially scared that the overall damage will be low when taking defense in consideration

Basically, how tanky can it be (Considering I take the Iron Reflex passive)? I'm not sure how good it will be and I don't want to invest all my time oin something that won't work at all.

Baseline on success, will it be able to do Uber bosses/Sirius A8?
