Holy relic viable 3.19?

I've been playing POE for some years now, really never gave Guardian templar a chance for any build tbh.
Saw buffs to holy relic in the manifesto, decided to see what the hell holy relic actually is.
I enjoy the playstyle since I do like cyclone characters in general, and Guardian ascendancy seems to be pretty tanky.

Since this is primarily a minion build at the end of the day, is non-crit holy relic end game viable at all?
I know minions are getting nerfed as far as power, frenzy charges.

Anyone successfully played a holy relic build to current end game going non crit or plan to league start as one?
