Whats next (need help)

Its my first league and I managed to make it to t16 maps as a Tornado Shot Deadeye. I'm kinda unsure on the next upgrades or changes to grind for on my character, which leaves me in a endless loop of running maps and acquiring currency but not really having any set goals or exciting drops, which is getting stale. Hoping you guys can point me in a direction of what to work towards or if there's any obvious changes/upgrades I can make to optimize. I know the obvious ones like headhunter or omni but realistically I don't think I'll be able to afford those.
