Crows are very interesting, Exile

"Crows are very interesting, Exile. Did you know that crows can not only build personal relationships with each other, but learn, retain and teach information to each other? Quite a useful skill, if I may say so..."

Over the last few months I guess I've somewhat befriended some crows and ravens.

I water different sides of the yard each day, and they wait for me around the time I start, on the side I am going to start on that day, I think this took about a month before they started this behavior.

We have a huge prairie dog problem where I live. I've tried all the recommended ways to get rid of them and they all failed. I have to just take care of them myself now, and the corvids have come to expect meals from me. They hang out somewhat close to the house, but if they see me with a shovel, they will all go over to the field and wait. They do not do this if they do not see me with a shovel.

These birds are incredibly intelligent.

Oh, making friends with corvids is tight!
Interesting was cool to read about it. Would be nice to see some pics of them birdies :).
GGG thank you for all the great things you are doing. You have combined every element of all other great Rpg's and joined them together as one Diamond, that will shine Forever.

This is coming straight from the heart <3
They are also known to retain and pass on generational knowledge. If a corvid encounters a dangerous human, for example, it will teach its offspring about that human's face and to avoid or be wary of it. Truly extraordinary stuff.
https://linktr.ee/wjameschan -- everything I've ever done worth talking about, and even that is debatable.
Well I took some video but it turns out my zoom is only optical on the phone for the camera, not for videos, so it didn't turn out well. I did take one picture though, this is not all of them, just some getting a drink.

Not of the birds, but I did have a little better luck with some pronghorns for the videos. One is inside the house as to not disturb or scare them so the video is a bit worse, and the second one is a little shorter stepping onto the porch.
