Olroth's Resolve Iron Flask Bug [When using controller on PC]

Once every few maps Olroth's Resolve Flask would show that it can be use with a number 1 at bottom right of the flask, but the flask it self look empty and is unable to be used.
Note: Mods on map doesn't affect flask and this only happen when using controller on pc. Last bumped on Jun 30, 2022, 4:46:38 PM
