Oblivion Fire Trap MTX won't show Ignite Proliferation effects

I know no one who has also bought the recent Fire Trap MTX so I don't know whether this is on my end or not.

Even though Ignite Proliferation is working as intended (I'm assuming this because Fire Trap without the MTX shows proliferation effects as expected), it is invisible with the Oblivion Fire Trap MTX equipped.

Bumping this because this hasn't been fixed yet. Or maybe it was and the issue is on my end.
