Failed to connect to instance

Since this morning every 4th or 5th instance I try to join I get "failed to connect to instance."

I've tried verifying cache, I've tried control clicking and selecting new instance every time but it still crashes. Any ideas?

Now it's happening every instance, can't play. I've tried both Texas and DC servers.

try using a VPN service and see if that helps. If it does, then most likely an ISP issue.

Please also post the following -->
1. 300+ packet to the instance IP when you are in your HO.
2. 300+ packet to an instance IP you get DC from.
