MS going 30 to 3000000 on SÃO PAULO SERVER!

Hello,
I've been forced to play on Texas server since 3.14 league because SÃO PAULO servers are with some weird problems!

My ping/ms goes up to the moon and disconects me for no reason!!!
I looked for the same problem on forum/wiki/steam discussion and found SO MANY PLAYERS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE OR SULUTION OF GGG'S SUPPORT!!!!

For how long we need to wait it to be fixed?
We paid for packs too!
We paid for Stash tabs too!
How many more leagues we need to wait for it to be fixed?
3.14 the problem hapenss to me and on 3.18 still the same!!! 4 leagues and the problem still there!
What are you guys waiting for? 3.19? 3.20? 3.21? c'mon guys!!!
That's not OK to play with 160ms because our server have that problem!
We need it to be fixed!

GGG doesn't really invest in their server infrastructure or optimize that.
They haven't done that for a long time.

They did a small one in SA but tha have already "gone to hell".....

That's sad and frustrating!
I wish we could play with decent MS.
I know a streamer that had to change his internet to solve that problem for a unknown one!
Now i found my self, playing with 160 - 180ms using Dash and rollingback 20% of the range!

ping -t 169.57.132.54
tracert 169.57.132.54

When the ping reach outside of Brazil, I get a Time Resquest Out

Trash servers, can't play from 7pm to 11pm because more than 50 people decided to login.

For me it started today, from usual 15 ping to 50+ but spiking to 300,500. Was playing fine this morning and the whole Sentinel league, so something happened today.

same garbage every day, can't play at certain times, no response, no fix , no anything by GGG as per usual.

Every other game works just fine.
