Black screen tearing on Vulkan after NVIDIA driver update

Since installing NVIDIA 516.40 drivers I have been getting terrible tearing. Here is a video I recorded.

This is the worst case I've seen, usually it's only some objects. Guess I got lucky :p Also notice it is only the game screen being redrawn that is affected, the redrawn, refilling health doesnt suffer this.

And no, putting everything on low did not help.

Update: This issue seems to be completely on NVIDIA's side, they've noted the bug in their release notes.

I reverted my drivers to the previous version. All is good again. Worth it because Vulkan runs so much better than DX11.
Known issue GGG is looking at. Fix for right now is to revert the driver or use Direct X instead of vulkan.
Have same siht after driver update!!!
Same issue here.
Thought my GPU was dying but its just nvidia doing nvidia stuff.
What makes is worse is its the only engine i can stream on without skipped frames..
time to roll back i guess.
