" What contry and ISP are you using ? If you are in Indonisia then the goverment have blocked access to PoE now !! Please confirm that you are not using WiFi connection in your home or a Wireless ISP solution !! I assume you have checked 100% that you don't have some security software or firewall blocking / interfering with trafic on your pc and or your router/modem? And just to add, a 41 second trace is no where near long enough, which is why the stickies ask for one at least 300-500 seconds so that we can get a good data set.

which gateway have you chosen in the login screen?
can you switch the gateway to the next one (with low latency values) and see if that helps? |
