Game Crashes

Started to have crashes when switching instances in Direct11 mode (image 1). Switched to Vulkan, the crashes stopped when switching instances. After that I was getting another error even when booting up the game/playing (image2).

No one can see images on your PC. Read the known issues sticky in the bug forum; it tells you exactly how to attach an image to your posts.
