Latency problems

As I read in forums lots of people have the same problem, for me started yesterday, my latency goes up around 150-200ms, usally had 70-80 in Frankfurt EU server, and almost same es London, Milan, or Amsterdam, now all like 150-160ms for me, but in game the latency gets way more worse, jumping betwen 150-500 ms in like 1-2sec and sometimes go up to 3000ms, so the game unplayable in maps, any other game dont have any latency problems, and not have any in PoE except the last two days, hope you have some tips, cuz i try all solving tips wrote before.
