Yo-Yo latency

My latency is jumping between 20 and 100,000 (literal) every 20-30 seconds. I've logged into every other game I play and reset my router since the issue started. None of the other games are having issues. I can stream HD anything with no issues.

Is someone pissing on the servers or is MY ISP having a stroke?

well we have to start wiht the basic.
So start a WinMTR report and let it run for minimum 300+ packets to the instance IP where this is happening WHILE it's happening.
Also post screenshots with the ingame performens graph when this is happening while the WinMTR report is running.

Also what PoE gateway are you using and what others have you tried ?

WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

Working on the screenshot thing. EDIT: https://imgur.com/a/CUWr6Cd

I've tried every US gateway. It's about the same on all of them. The default 20ms just gets a little higher, the spikes are still there.

it's your router.

you can see that because the packet loss starts right after your router and is consistent until the end.

turn your router off and leave it off for 5 minutes so it forgets it's configuration. sometimes this helps, if not send the log to your provider.
Will do. Thanks.
I have purchased a new router and it didn't both jack and shit equally well.

Ping tests to a thousands different servers have yielded nothing.

I truly have no idea what's happening.
According to that first trace you posted, you are getting packet loss that starts at your second hop, which is your ISP. You'll have to contact them. Tell them that you are getting PL and it's affecting your ability to do what you want to online. Make sure that they see your MTR as that is the proof that they will need to see that something is borked.

Since that trace is a little old now, Post another one that's recent just so I can verify.

As you can see from this WinMTR report then you have packet loss and insane latency spikes between the router/modem in your home and the ISP network node "out in the road".
So you will have to contact your ISP like @Aragorn14 said.
