can not play

i spent some time away from the game. i come back and update and get ready to play and it says no device found. i have reinstalled it 3 times fixed it and done all i can. it still will not work please help what am i doing wrong.

Give detailed information about your pc.
Maybe try to delete your production_Config.ini file to reset your PoE settings.

im running a asus tuff laptop.
ive uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and it still doesnt work

but you didn't do / try what I told you to.

But GGG doesn't offer any kind of TECH support "for the moment" (been like this for several years now).
So you will need to try what being suggested to you or give more detailed information about your problem.
