Failed to connect to instance, Predictable

Every night for the past few nights at around the exact same time (23:30) I am met with a disconnect, the process of events is as follows;
- Game disconnects me landing me to login screen, - I can log in, select character, press play, - I am met with a long loading screen then the process repeats. This happens and it gradually fixes itself over the next 30 minutes and I don't have any disconnect/errors until the next night at the same time. Everything else on my connection and devices works fine, I can watch Youtube videos, stream Netflix, listen to Spotify, browse steam, run speed tests, nothing else is affected. My winMTR returns normal params, 0% loss on reaching sending/receiving, Path of Exile logs show nothing abnormal;
