Delirium crash

Since the hotfix patch on 02/06 I started to crash randomly on start of Delirium after killing the first pack of mobs, the whole client goes blank and even Steam lags out and have to wait a bit before I can close the game and restart, after that usually the game doesn't crash anymore, at least not on the same map (on Simulacrum I still crash).
I already tested and checked both my CPU and Ram and there is no problem at all, didn't updated/changed settings on my GPU for long now and it's the first time this happens at all.
Playing on a Ryzen 5600x and a RTX 3080.
