Poe keeps crashing

Since last day my poe keeps crashing even before i get in the char selection. I thought its cause of my new graphic driver but i changed it back to my old one and even installed poe new but it keeps crashing. i already checked the files with steam but they all are fine. pls give me any idea what should i change cause i want to lvl my tornado shot :)
