South Africa Gateway Down

Not sure if the devs know but there seems to be either a gateway cap or instance error at the moment. The gateway shows up under the drop-down list but if you log into it , it transfers you on 200ms EU Frankfurt.

It's been almost 24Hrs now. We're paying for a league too.
Wanted to buy 2 more stash tabs but this has me concerned about the future of our gateway.

Experiencing the same issue im also from south africa and also playing on a Private League that is not cheap to play on but, Please support look into this issue also double check that the resources are enough for the server when the server was up there was 1-2 hours every evening where the game took forever to create new instances.

+1, just as OP described, it's been around 24H of downtime now and no news at all.

Can confirm, South African realm has been offline for past 24 hours. We are struggling on EU servers.

Please can we have this urgently attendant too!

Not Related. Gateway went offline only yesterday 10 June. That post is from 8 June. The devs know it was online on 9 June which is why they might think it's resolved.

Confirmed here too, SA just redirects to Frankfurt all the time. Lag is very bad, instant movement skills don't work, etc.

GGG, please fix.

Yeah not losing my HC character to high ping ,Not again , So cant play my favorite game till it's sorted Sadge

UPDATE : Was up for 8 hours. Down again.
