Shard crown not effected by character effects

Just got the (quartz) shardcrown and noticed when my character enters cat's stealth it doesn't turn...ethereal? like the rest of the character.

I attempted to use other character effects, Golden character effect, Divergent character effect, and Celestial character effect. The shard crown is the only piece of my armor set that isn't effected by any of them.

Changed into multiple armor mtx and they were all effected by the character effects, minus the Shardcrown
