Screen proportions off on PS5

I've looked everywhere and tried all options on my PS and TV regarding screen size but still a portion of my screen is cut off like my screen is stretched. Checked on Xbox to make sure it's not the same for everyone and it's fine on there. Reinstalled a handful of times too with no change. No in game screen options and can't contact support directly so giving this a shot.

Yeah, these guys are a joke. I saw another thread where they said they’d look into it. The post was from 2021. Lol. It’s clearly still a problem, but they don’t care. As long as people keep buying their overpriced items from the micro transactions store they are happy.

I've seen the answer in another post and they say that the justification is due to the PS5 not having the screen resizing option similar to what it has on the PS4. So they can't do anything on the PS4 version of the game to make it fit on the PS5. Yes, that's exactly what you read.
