Holy Relic disappearing

I bought the skill effect for Holy Relic and it just disappears while playing, recast and it will show for a bit then disappear. Sorta not cool to buy something that is broken.

Should note that entering a new area will make holy relic invisible or not there, still works as intended just making the money spent worthless.
