Not able to purchase supporter packs through Steam?

As title explains:
I can't seem to find supporter packs in the ingame shop menu. I really want to use my Steam wallet like i've done in the past. I don't trust Xsolla and that's the payment method on the main site. Last bumped on Feb 24, 2025, 4:30:05 PM

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems finding these packs in the in-game shop! Could you please send through a screenshot of what you can see, along with a couple of your character names to us at support@grindinggear.com so that we can look into this further?

If you click Buy Points, you'll find the supporter packs. Note that this is ONLY available with the Steam client!

and with the steam overlay enabled.

I can't use the steam overlay without crashing the game for some reason. and my funds are on my steam account.....
