Jack, the Axe voice lines missing

Title, basically. I am using Jack, the Axe, and have been since BA, but have yet to hear a single voice line from it. Tried verifying the files and clearing my cache, but no luck. This is very sad, as it's the entire reason I made this meme build and I want a bloodthirsty axe to cheer me on :(
