Mobs being marked as hexproof with profane bloom allocated

I'm in a hexproof map with two blasphemy curses. Most mobs are showing the hex icons correctly, but occasionally one will show the hexproof icon instead. There was another mob earlier that was also hexproof but I didn't see what it was. Most mobs of that type were still cursed normally
