Inconsistent wording on atlas tree: Blighted maps are sometimes considered "Your Maps"

The modifiers of blight atlas passives that contain "Your Maps" do not affect blighted maps but the atlas keystone "Stream of Consciousness" does affect blighted maps despite having the same "Your Maps" wording.
Sacrifice fragments are not consumed by the map device if you have the keystone allocated and open a blighted map.
