unexpected disconnecting

keeps disconnecting ill walk for a couple steps and boom disconnected, sentinel league. it will even say steam not connected but it is. game will let me load in sometimes and just disconnect me back to main screen, and i already check files with steam 4 times.
the latency will jump from 50 to 8000 before crashing, and sometimes says something about duplicate logging instances but im at the main menu the whole.
