Second wind on Arcane Cloak has reversed effect!

I just linked Arcane cloak with a second wind and was a little surprised that CD on it when from 4 sec to 5.19.

It's normal, second wind is :
Supported Non-Instant Skills have +1 Cooldown Use Supported Skills have (24-5)% reduced Cooldown Recovery Rate So you get more cooldown time in exchange for one more instant use. Last edited by MrVaad on May 18, 2022, 2:26:15 PM
