CONTROLLER: cannot type in chat.

What happens:
It is not possible to type text with the keyboard in the chat input field. When focusing the chat input field and typing, nothing happens. Also, typing with keyboard seems to cycle between an focused/unfocused state of the input field.
Cause:
The exact trigger is unknown so far.
Sometimes, chat will work as intended for a short time. It is easily reproductible because the issue is very common. This issue seems to be related to the "chat input field" not being focused properly when selected.
This issue happens when:
1. Use controller UI on PC
2. Use mouse to left click in the chat box where you usually type text. 3. You type text with keyboard. 4. Nothing happens.
Workaround:
1. Place mouse pointer over the chat input field.
