Timekeerper's Hideout missing

Hey! Bought the 60$ supporter pack, but i cant find the Timekeeper's hideout? Helena doesnt offer it as an option, only offers the regular ones + the one rare one ive found so far. Sorry if my question is silly, this is my second league :D

Same is happening to me , was moving map device accidentally deleted it and my time keeper disappeared and I can’t add it back now. Can you help GGG :)
