Refund for microtransactions.

Hello, I have requested a refund for microtransactions, but the support has answered me that they can make a refund only in 48 hours. What is the official document that states that the refund can be requested only within 48 hours? I haven't agreed on any such rules.
Whom should I contact in this situation when the support can't help me?

I haven't found, and there is no such point in the provided document, that the money refund for microtransactions (including supporter packs) can be requested only within 48 hours of the purchase being made. Do I understand everything correctly? Could you show me this point in that document, namely https://www.pathofexile.com/legal/terms-of-use-and-privacy-policy?
Whom should I contact in this situation for the refund to be made?

well you already did contact the proper channel = GGG support.
When they deny a refund request then that's it. There isn't anyone else to contact inside GGG.

You could try to contact this in NZ -->

And if you do a chargeback request with your bank, then your account will be banned including new ones if you try to make a new one.


Well, I must say, that I trully like the Path of Exile game and its wonderful cosmetics.

Support has answered me via email, that "we are unable to offer a monetary refund here as this does not meet our policy (we must be contacted within 48 hours, as well as the contents of the pack being untouched). Unfortunately we cannot make an exception to our policy in this case."

I have spent on supporter packs 480$ Incinerator Supporter, 60$ Intrepid Liege Supporter, 90$ Triumphant Liege Supporter, 90$ Supreme Emberkeep Supporter, 90$ Primordial Dread Supporter. The only one I can afford is Intrepid Liege Supporter pack for 60$.

I must repeat once again, that GGG doesnt have any official documents with such "48 hour" policy. I haven't agreed on any such rules, when I spent my money.

I want my money back.

well you already got the final answer from GGG so that part is done.

I have tried to give you other options to handle this + a warning on what not to do.

I assume next step is a GGG MOD locking this thread.....

Maybe these facts will make GGG change their minds:
I have become heavily indebted because of these cosmetics, yes I have fallen for the beauty.
In addition to that, I am currently unemployed, because I am a bit mentally conditioned in the context of existing ugly world events.
Maybe it is time to be more humane?

You should really think about cancle your CC's and jump a program against "gambling adictions".

I guess this is a good time to jump to pay to play games since they rarely have microtransactions that hurts players over their impulsive mistakes.

Money and gaming is not as important as your mental health, try doing things a different way and hang out with different people and see if things changes for the better.
