Screen flashing white

Only happening on one character, my coc mjolner with orb of winter, hydrosphere, and arc. I also cast vortex and flame dash and run 7 auras but i don't think it's any of that. Is there a graphics setting I can somehow change on console to fix this? it's almost unplayable because it's inducing a headache lol.
