Assassin's Mark /Precision

When I am using Precision (Aura) which is socketed in my gloves, Assassin's Mark will not trigger inside my Vixen's Entrapment Gloves when I cast Divergent Punishment which is in the shield. If I turn off Precision aura then Assassin's mark works as intended in those gloves. Version 3.17. Last bumped on Apr 10, 2022, 5:09:33 PM

Do you have enough mana to cast assassins mark with precision on?
As of a few patches ago triggered spells now must pay their mana cost. |

Did some thinking and tested again. I didn't have enough mana to cast Punishment and Assassin's mark together. I had only 51 mana. Punishment cost 34 and Assassin's Mark 35. So I will adjust build with lower level Punishment Gem until my Enlightnen Support gem gets to level 3 to free up more mana.
